No canning required. It is so easy to make your pickled Jalapenos.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Jalapenos (as many as you want, but enough for at least 1 500 ml jar)
- Boiling Brine:
- 1 Cup Vinegar (White or your choice)
- 3 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Salt
- Glass Jar(s) with Lids
1. Clean & Chop up the Jalapenos (leave the seeds in, so easy)

2. Sterilize & Pack Jars: Pour boiling water into the jar(s) you'll be using to sterilize (at least 5 minutes)

3. Make the Brine - Add Vinegar, Water & Salt to a steel pot & bring to a boil

4. Put on the Lid & you are done. Store em in the fridge. They are ready almost right away and will last for ages.
